First book of the year!

Well today is the first time I try this blogging experience.

I am almost finished with my second book of the year. The first book I read way by Steve Martin and it is called "Born Standing Up". It is a memoir of when he first started performing back in the '60's until he decided to quit doing stand up 20+ years later. Quick read and I really enjoyed it and laughed out loud. He is much more of the intellectual than you may think because of the "wild and crazy guy" persona, he was very deliberate about picking his type of comedy. Would recommend highly, his faction books have been all very thoughtful and enjoyable also.
