I've been keeping track for about ten years of all the books that I read. I had been writing comments but life got in the way and I need to start doing that again.

The Day the Falls Stood Still by Cathy Marie Buchanan

Historical fictional account of the town of Niagara Falls (the Canadian side) in the early 1900's and the battle of hydroelectricity along the falls. You can see the beauty of the falls and the danger in this novel and learn a lot about the history. Another excellent first novel!
